So, let me first write about Missha.
Missha All-Around Safe Block Soft Finish Sun Milk
Now this Missha Product had quite a hype around it being a good sunblock and hence i thought of trying it out. I bought this from jolse at USD 19.69, and as always fantastic customer service and fast shipping even if it was standard shipping. And getting back to the product.
Details:
i am attaching the product link right here if you guys are interested to check it out yourself.
- It has SPF of 50+ and PA+++ , which is always a great thing when it comes to sunscreens.
- It stands tall at 70 ml of product
- The bottle is cute and baby pink in color, and is slim, and can be travel-friendly (i believe)
- Can last a lot of months, maybe around 6 months, even if applied generously (well, that is quite a good thing)
So, i will attach for you pictures to see for yourself.
First is the picture of the bottle:
Second is the cap and the nozzle of the bottle. However, i do not have any idea why there are two caps included. maybe for decorative purposes.:
And now the actual product itself which i feel is too runny. But well, it is sun milk and i suppose it has to be runny.
As you can see the product has pretty much being absorbed into my skin. and the good is it even whitens the skin a tiny bit but not too overwhelmingly. So, that is a good thing.
And from my experience, i feel the primer sets well if applied over this sunscreen.
Lets move forward with my ratings:
Pros:
- Lasts for a long time
- Packaging is cute
- lightens the skin
- Primer sets well if applied over it
- SPF of 50+/PA+++, that is even better
- Affordable
- Good for all kinds of skin
Cons:
- if there is one thing i did not like about it is its consistency, its too runny for its own good
- there is a tiny bit of smell, which is something like a baby powder or something like that, which i did not like, but when applied it goes after sometime.
Final Verdict:
i will definitely buy it again!
Etude House Sunprise Mild Airy Finish
Now moving onto my second product.
Etude House is well known for its girly and pretty products but i feel that with this product they have gone little bit into a pensive mood. Not that i did not like the packaging, but it is just not "Etude House".
This product, i bought from jolse Again! (i have to try out some other websites as well).
Unlike the Missha one, this comes off as the fat one. LOL
Here i am attaching the product link as well if incase you are interested.

Details:
- Has 50ml of product
- Has SPF of 50+/PA+++
- thicker consistency as compared to Missha one
- Can last for quite sometime, my estimation would be 4 months
So now, picture time!
As you can see the nozzle is the same type as that of Missha.
The product pictures here it comes:
The consistency is thicker and i feel it blends much better than MIssha and without leaving any whitish cast over the face.
It blends quite fast but it does not lighten the skin. And one important thing is that it has a strong smell while applying and it so happens that i quite like the smell. but it goes away fast so no problem.
The left one is etude house and the right one is Missha.
Pros:
- absorbs fast
- does not leave a white cast
- quite cheap at USD 12.98 at Jolse.com
- has a nice smell to it
- suitable for oily/combo skin
- it does have an airy finish
Cons:
- does not lighten the skin
- not suitable for dry skin
- boring packaging
- for those who do not like smells, stay away from this one
Final Verdict:
I may not buy the etude house sunblock but i will definitely be stocking up on the Missha one. If i had not met with Missha then most probably, my cult favorite would have been Etude house. Too bad!
